Payment, Cancellation and Change Conditions

TERMS OF MAKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE COLLECTION
"Pay With Online Credit Card" indicates that the rental fee and the selected additional service fees will be paid online. If it is desired to purchase other services in addition to the rental, the cost of these services can be paid at the sales office when receiving the vehicle. If My Rent A Car cannot perform the rental service due to reasons related to it, the entire amount paid in advance by the customer is refunded.
Prepayments made online, additional services and assurances that the customer may request at the beginning or during the rental period, as well as fuel, one-way, etc. Does not include expenses. Our customers are required to present a credit card during the rental for other services, assurances, expenditures or traffic fines and damage fees that are not included in the amount written in the Prepaid Reservation Forms (in cases where the conditions in the rental agreement, explained in the section on what to do in case of accident and theft are not met).
During the reflection of the payments made to the credit card of our customers, all kinds of commissions, foreign exchange differences, service fees, etc. that the banks that own the credit card used may apply for any reason. costs are outside the responsibility of My Rent A Car brand.
• Rental date, time, vehicle information cannot be updated or changed in Prepaid reservations. If you want to make a reservation change, the reservation must be canceled. The cancellation - refund conditions stated below apply. After the cancellation, a new prepaid reservation can be made according to the desired change.
• The discount earned thanks to the prepaid reservation cannot be combined with any other campaign.
• In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified in the reservation form, the additional fee that will occur when the rental agreement is extended is charged to the credit card presented by our customer at the beginning of the rental, at the My Rent A Car List prices valid on the date of the extension days.
• For Prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the vehicle pick-up time, the entire rental fee will be refunded by My Rent A Car.
• For Prepaid reservations, when the time of delivery of the vehicle is between 24 and 2 hours, the 1-day rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by My Rent A Car. (1 day reservations will not be refunded)
• For Prepaid reservations, cancellations made 2 hours before vehicle delivery are not refundable.
• In prepaid reservations, vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 2 hours from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
• For prepaid reservations, the days not used by the customer after the vehicle is received are not refundable.
• Refund of Prepaid Reservations will be reflected on your card within 3-5 business days depending on the bank's transaction intensity.
• My Rent A Car reserves the right to return it if it cannot deliver the vehicle depending on the office opening and closing hours.
General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be fulfilled in order for the vehicles to be delivered to our Customers for Prepaid Reservations.
 IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT FAILED, THE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AND THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
• The payment method is only the credit card issued in the name of the tenant, and there is no cash payment or debit card application.
• The provision amount, which varies according to the rental and vehicle group, must be provided from the credit card of the person. The credit card must contain the name and surname of the person who will be renting.
• There must be sufficient limit availability for the deposit amount to be placed on the credit card in addition to the rental fee.
• The person who will receive the vehicle must present his driver's license and his/her own credit card to the My Rent A Car office.
• 2 Credit cards belonging to different banks must be presented in order to realize the upper segment rental.
• Users with a foreign driver's license have to present their passport to the office where they will be renting.
• Users with a foreign driver's license have to present their Turkish driver's license to the office where they will be renting, if the date of entry to Turkey exceeds 6 months or will pass within the rental period.
Reservation Change:
Changes cannot be made to a prepaid reservation. If a reservation is requested to be changed, the reservation must be canceled and the cancellation - refund conditions written above are valid. After the cancellation, a new prepaid reservation can be made according to the desired change.
Unused Days:
After the rental starts, the date specified in the vehicle's reservation formNo refunds will be made for unused days in case of return before delivery. If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the date and time specified in the reservation form, although a prepaid reservation has been made, the prepayment amount collected will not be refunded.
Extension of the Rental:
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified in the reservation form, the additional fee that will occur when the rental agreement is extended is charged to the credit card presented by our customer at the beginning of the rental, at the My Rent A Car List prices valid on the date of the extension days.

My rent a car can cancel the vehicle delivery by refunding the fee you paid, even if a definite reservation has been made, in cases where it deems necessary (mechanical failure in the vehicle received from the previous customer, accident situation, suspicion of covid-19 epidemic, etc.).
