During the reflection of the payments made to our customers' credit cards, any commissions, exchange rate differences, service fees, etc. that the banks that own the credit card used may apply for any reason. Fees are outside the responsibility of Bodrum rent a car brand.
• For prepaid reservations, rental day, time and vehicle information cannot be updated or changed. If you want to change your reservation, the reservation must be cancelled. • For prepaid reservations, the rental fee will not be refunded for cancellations made 2 hours before vehicle delivery. • For prepaid reservations, our customers' vehicles will be kept for 2 hours from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to pick up their vehicles within these two hours. In order for the vehicles to be delivered to our Customers for Prepaid Reservations, the General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be met.
IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, THE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AND PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
• The payment method is only a credit card issued in the tenant's name and there is no cash payment or debit card application.
• The provision amount, which varies depending on the rental and vehicle group, must be provided from the person's credit card. The credit card must contain the name and surname information of the person who will rent it. • In addition to the rental fee, there must be sufficient limit availability for the deposit amount to be placed on the credit card. • The person who will receive the vehicle must have his driver's license and his own credit card with which he made the payment . the rent a car office. • In order for upper segment rental to take place, 2 credit cards from different banks must be presented. • Users with a foreign driver's license are obliged to present their passport to the office where they will rent. It is obligatory to present the Turkish Driving License to the office where the rental will be made.
Changes cannot be made to a prepaid reservation ( Contact our customer representative, discretion is subject to availability recognizable ). If you want to change your reservation, the reservation must be canceled and the cancellation and refund conditions written above are valid. After the rental has started, if the vehicle is returned before the date range specified in the reservation form, no refund will be made for the unused days. Even though a prepaid reservation has been made, if our customer does not pick up the vehicle on the date and time specified in the reservation form, the prepayment amount collected will not be refunded.
Extension of Rental:
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the return date specified in the reservation form, the additional fee that will occur when the rental agreement is extended will be deducted from the credit card presented by our customer at the beginning of the rental, valid on the date of the extension days .
